Our visit to Rio de Janeiro was a short one in 1996. Its a truly lovely city that is well worth the visit.
I have every intention of going again, hopefully soon, to get more and better photos. We only
spent a day there, arriving at 6am and leaving at 6pm. We travelled overnight on the Silver Train,
which has been taken off the tracks. Now one has to drive or fly to Rio.
